Adv. Fabrizio Colasurdo graduated from the University of Turin with a thesis in administrative law (three-year Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences), and later earned a Master's degree in Law with a thesis in environmental law. He achieved a score of 110 with honors and a mention.
He has been a lawyer since 2009 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
In 2017, he became a partner at the law firm Finocchiaro Formentin Saracco e Associati in Turin. His primary areas of expertise include Administrative Law with particular specialization in the sectors of construction and urban planning, environmental law and public procurement (especially services and supplies and related to the third sector). In later field, he has assisted public bodies and private companies throughout the entire public procurement process, from tender preparation to contract execution, as well as in project financing and in-house provision.
In the civil field, his main areas of focus include execution of procurement contracts and regulation of reserves, corporate law, with particular regard to investee companies, and public assets.
He is author of numerous publications on administrative law matters and, he regularly holds lectures, seminars, and training courses for public bodies and organization.
